With a dynamic bolt-together structure, the T-3 Series Short Squat Stand offers the same durability and versatility as the T-3 Series Power Rack. 6-inch side hole spacing, Westside hole spacing, and strengthened J-Hooks are all included in the design. This unit has a large number of positions, allowing for a wide range of heights and exercises to be accommodated. The 72-inch upright form is extremely stable and does not require any floor anchoring. The bolt-together design makes it simple to move and install the rack in any room or basement, regardless of ceiling height.

SHORT SQUAT STAND: Including (2) 72-inch square laser-cut heavy-duty 2 x 3-inch 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2-inch spacing above and below, 6-inch side hole spacing throughout the entire upright, and a bolt-together base.

PAIR OF T-3 SERIES J-HOOKS: The backside and clasp are made of UHMW plastic to prevent the knurling on your bars and the uprights from scratches. It has a total weight capacity of 1,000 pounds.
