The Rogue Ohio Deadlift Bar is one of our most advanced, precision-engineered power bars to date, providing more flex suitable for deadlifting. The ODB is a 190,000 PSI shaft with a comparatively narrow diameter (27MM) and a greater overall length that was machined and assembled in Columbus, Ohio (90.50" is just within most powerlifting federation standards). This combination results in a bar that is simpler to grip while also allowing for more whip/flex when pulling. For many power lifters, increased flex means they can pull from a higher point before the plates break off the floor, potentially increasing the amount of weight they can lift.

The Ohio Deadlift Bar, like other Rogue bushing bars, has sleeves with a high-quality snap ring construction, which is considerably superior to other brands' cheaply made bolt-and-pin style sleeves. This bar's powerlifting knurl markings are a little deeper and more forceful than our Ohio Power Bar, but they're all machined in the same pattern.
